ORDER

This petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.3 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the investigation is completed and final report is also filed before the Judicial Magistrate I, Madurai and it was taken on file in CC.No.688 of 2019 on 25.06.2019.

3. Since final report has been filed and it was also taken cognizance by the Trial Court, nothing survives for further consideration in this case. If the second respondent is aggrieved by the contents of the final report, he is at liberty to work out his remedy before appropriate Court. With the above liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
