O R D E R
The petitioner challenges the order of the respondent dated 14.02.2025. The grievance of the petitioner is that without affording an opportunity to the petitioner and without conducting any enquiry, the respondent has summarily rejected the petitioner's application citing reasons "non-approval".
2.The order is a non-speaking order, admittedly, without notice to the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is allowed, the impugned order is set aside and the matter is remitted to the respondent for fresh consideration of the petitioner's application, after hearing the petitioner and other interested parties if any. The respondents shall pass final order within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
