ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the petitioner's complaint in C.No.37/PG/DC/HQrs/MC/2018, dated 21.05.2018, on the file of the third respondent to any other police Station, other than the third respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police completed investigation and filed First Information Report in Crime No.16 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 408 and 420 of IPC.
