ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to direct the third respondent to investigate the case and expeditiously file a final report in Crime No.199 of 2018 on the file of the third respondent police before the competent learned Judicial Magistrate, within the stipulate time that may be fixed by this Court.

3. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.199 of 2018 and file final report before the competent Judicial Magistrate, within a period of Four (4) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
