Learned Counsel appearing for the respective respondents would submit on instructions that only in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.1, Health and Family Welfare (C2) Department dated 02.01.2012, Village Health Nurse / Auxiliary Nurse Midwives are being selected and appointed and hence, according to them, the apprehension of the petitioners as raised in this Writ Petition is uncalled for. The petitioners' grievance is that contrary to G.O.Ms.No.1, Health and Family Welfare (C2) Department dated 02.01.2012, Village Health Nurse / Auxiliary Nurse Midwives are being selected and appointed.

2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner also submits that the submissions of the respective Counsels appearing for the respective respondents may be recorded and this Writ Petition may be closed. 3.Accordingly, after recording the submissions made by the respective learned Counsel appearing for the respective respondents as stated supra, this Writ Petition is closed.
