This petition is filed seeking quashment of the the charge sheet in C.C.No.159 of 2018 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchirappalli.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), would submit that after full trial, the petitioner has been acquitted by the Additional Mahila Court, Trichy District, on 13.01.2020.

3. Since the matter has been disposed of on merits by the Trial Court, nothing survives for further adjudication or further consideration in this petition.
