*********** Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 16.12.2014, would submit that the appeal filed by the petitioner has already been considered and an order has been passed. A copy of the said proceedings dated 16.12.2014 has also been handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. In the light of the above, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, it is open to him to take appropriate steps. No costs.
