ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard Mr.Porkodi Karnan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), who takes notice for respondents 1 & 2.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that no case is pending as against the petitioner, before the second respondent police and would, therefore, submit that there is no harassment at the hands of the respondents police, as alleged by the petitioner.
