This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute which is the subject matter of the suit in O.S.NO.39 of 2016 pending before the District Munsif Court, Melur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is the complainant in this case and he is not being harassed by the police.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is dismissed.
