This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the Contemnors / Respondents for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court made in WP(MD)No.11833 of 2024 dated 11.06.2024.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today (13.06.2025), learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that a SLP has been preferred before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.P(Civil) Diary Nos.8574/2025 as against the order made in the Writ Petition and an order of stay has been passed.
3. In view of the above submission, no further order is necessary in this contempt petition.

4. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition subject to the outcome of the SLP filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
