O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to invoke necessary provisions of law and to investigate and further direct the respondent to file a charge-sheet in Crime Number 170 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police station within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. A perusal of the F.I.R would go to show that it is the case of the year 2015 and hence, this Court directs the respondent police to conduct a free and fair investigation expeditiously and take action in accordance with law.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
