ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Thanjavur, to dispose of S.C.No.111 of 2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is waiting for justice from 2011, in which her husband was murdered. The case has been charge sheeted and was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

taken cognizance by the Sessions Court and now it is pending trial in S.C.No.111 of 2017. Now he seeks speedy trial of the matter.

4. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court now directs the I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Thanjavur, to dispose of the trial in S.C.No.111 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
