O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent Police to register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 10.04.2018 which has been acknowledged in CSR.No.141/2018 dated 10.04.2018 on the file of the respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the dispute between the parties relates to matrimonial dispute and therefore, the petitioner's complaint has been forwarded to the District Social Welfare Officer, Tirunelveli and the same is pending.

3.In view of the said submission, this petition, seeking direction to the respondent to register a case is not maintainable. Hence, this petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court at a later https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

stage for filing fresh petition.
