ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners / accused Nos.1 and 2 are in custody since 05.06.2018 for the offences under Sections 379 of I.P.C and 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act 1957 in Crime No.114 of 2018.

2. The petitioners are not having any previous cases to their credit.

3. Taking note of the fact that there is no previous case registered against the petitioners herein, hence, bail is granted to the petitioners with certain condition. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions;

(i)the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kaliyakavilai.

(ii)the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
