PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the second respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.03072/2019/A5, dated 01.10.2019 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the second respondent to issue Legal Heirship Certificate of the petitioner's grandmother Vijayakumari, W/o.
