ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the first accused in crime No.679 of 2025, on the file of the third respondent police seeking a direction not to harass him or interfere in the civil dispute.
2. A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner has been implicated in a criminal case and an F.I.R. has already been registered. In such circumstances, the police are under an obligation to conduct the investigation pursuant to FIR and therefore, the petitioner cannot raise any grievance that he is being called by the police.
3. Considering the fact that the FIR was registered in the case and counter case on 09.10.2025 more than 4 months ago, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the enquiry, if any, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent police is directed not to interfere in the administration of the Hospital and it is for the competent civil Court to decide the said issue.

4. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
