Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is facing trial in C.C.No.1460 of 2004 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, Thanjavur District. He moved this Court for quashing the said proceedings and the same was disposed of. Questioning the same, the petitioner has moved the Hon'ble Supreme Court by filing SLP.Crl.No.3640 of 2018. Notice has been ordered in the said proceedings. The petitioner has made a statement before the Hon'ble Supreme Court that he intends to settle the outstanding dispute.
2.The learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that Non Bailable Warrant has been issued in C.C.No.1460 of 2004 and that the moment the petitioner sets foot in India, he may be arrested. That is why, he has come to this Court seeking https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ anticipatory bail.
3.The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will appear before the Trial Court within a period of three weeks from today and apply for recall of warrant. On such application being filed, the learned Trial Magistrate is directed to recall the warrant on the same day.
