ORDER
The petitioner seeks an expeditious investigation in a case in Crime No.4 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 498 (A), 406 IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted earlier the accused persons moved anticipatory bail petition, wherein this Court directed the accused to deposit substantial sum, following which, the accused persons have withdrawn the anticipatory bail petition.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is substantially completed.
