This writ petition is filed for writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to give adequate compensation for a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the 2/5

petitioner for denial of treatment, physical and mental agony caused as a result of the denial of pregnancy treatment by playing scam on the report issued by the 5th respondent hospital and consequently, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate legal action against the 5th respondent hospital. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion is directing the 3rd respondent to issue notice to the petitioner as well as to the 5th respondent and consider the case of the petitioner. After hearing the petitioner as well as the 5th respondent the 3rd respondent shall pass appropriate orders. If need be, the 3rd respondent shall advise the 5th respondent to act according to law. 3.With the above said direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
