ORDER

This petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.129 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that joint compromise has been effected between the accused and the defacto complainant before the Trial Court and the petitioner has been acquitted in CC.No.251/2019 on 10.12.2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi.

3. Since joint compromise was effected between the parties and the petitioner has also been acquitted in Trial Court, nothing survives for further consideration in this case. Hence, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
