This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to permit the Allinagaram Village Committee to conduct the Chithirai Festival at the Arulmighu Veerappa Ayyanar Temple, Allingaram, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2025, within the specified time frame.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Having regard to the nature of the order proposed to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 2 and 3 is dispensed with.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the first respondent, on written instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2025, which includes the petitioner's earlier emails from 07.03.2025 to 22.03.2025, has been addressed and a reply has also been provided to the petitioner. The aforesaid submission, along with the communication dated 25.03.2025, has not been refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said communication, if so desired. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
