ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the first accused seeking a direction to the learned Special Court for PCR Act cases, Madurai, to accept the surrender and consider the bail petition.

2. It could be seen from the records that the petitioner has been implicated as A1 in crime No.16 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent police.

3. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the concerned trial Court to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of surrender.

4. Considering the above said facts, there shall be a direction to the Special Court for PCR Act cases, Madurai, to accept the surrender and consider the bail petition of the petitioner in crime No.16 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent police after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant.

5. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
