This petition is filed seeking police protection on the basis of the representations dated 10.04.2019 and 12.04.2019.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the representation given by the petitioner enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.162 of 2019 and during the course of enquiry, both parties appeared and finding that it is a land dispute between the parties, both parties agreed to settle the issue before the appropriate civil proceedings and recording the undertaking given by both parties, it was closed on 06.01.2021.

3. Since the representations given by the petitioner were closed on the basis of the undertaking given by both parties to settle the issue through appropriate civil proceedings, nothing survives for further consideration or direction. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
