PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner without any legally sustainable complaint.

ORDER

According to the petitioner, he has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police based on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant. Hence, he has filed the present Criminal Original Petition.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that if the petitioner will co-operate with the enquiry, the same shall be concluded, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

4.In the light of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the co-operation of the petitioner.
