ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking orders to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.506 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul as against this petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., 10.01.2022), the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the learned Magistrate has already completed the examination of the witnesses and also the proceedings under Section 313 Cr.P.C., and that the case stands posted for arguments. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would also submit that the quash petition may be closed giving liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the learned Magistrate. 4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the State. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
