Division, Madurai District to a total extent of 332 1/2 sq.ft including with an extent of 296 sq.ft of vacant land along with 36 1/2 sq.ft common pathway i.e 1/3 share form the undivided 110 sq.ft of common pathway on the basis of the petitioners Online application vide proceedings Reference no. 2024/0153/24/002774 and 2024/0153/24/00277 and 2024/0153/24/002775 on 21.03.2024 and as well as a detailed representation dated 23.03.2024 respectively within a specified time frame.

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioners seek joint patta by including their name in respect of the petition mentioned property.

3. The petitioners are permitted to submit a fresh application before the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent will hold an enquiry. The documents that may be sought for by the fourth respondent shall also be furnished by the petitioners. Notices shall be issued to all the interested parties. Final order on merits and in accordance with law will be passed within a period of twelve weeks after receipt of the application by the fourth respondent. 2/4
