This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to transfer the investigation pending on the file of the sixth respondent in Crime No.39 of 2015 to some other investigation officer under the supervision of third respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation in Crime No.39 of 2015 has been conducted and closed and referred charge sheet notice has been served on the defacto complainant. The referred charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai.

4. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
