ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3. The other respondents have been served and their names appear in the cause list.

2.The petitioner is a 86 years old woman. She alleges that the private respondents herein have obtained a fraudulent Legal heir Certificate in respect of their Step mother Krishnammal. In this regard, the petitioner had given a representation, dated 15.06.2020. Since the Legal heir Certificate issued by the third respondent is under question, it is only just and proper that the Revenue https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD).No.8011 of 2020 Divisional Officer, Kovilpatti, enquires into the matter. 3.The second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.06.2020, in accordance with law and dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Prior to that the second respondent shall issue notice to the persons who are having interest in this matter.

4.It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

5.This writ petition is disposed off accordingly.
