ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to enhance the compensation in respect of petitioner's property in Re.S.No.37/1BA1 at Kumarakiri Village, Thoothukudi Taluk, by considering the petitioner's representations dated 13.06.2019 and 27.06.2019 and directing the respondents to fix the compensation as per the guideline value and under Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act,2013.

2.It is now brought to the notice of this Court that reference has been made under Section 18 to the Principal District Munsif Court, Thoothukudi in L.A.O.P.No.433 of 2022 and reference has also been made in respect of the petitioner's claim. Therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the above writ petition.

3.In fine, the Writ Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the authority concerned, if he so advised. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
