O R D E R

This petition has been filed to directing the second respondent to forward the petitioner's complaint, dated 13.11.2021 to the file of the third respondent so as to conduct an enquiry and to take a decision as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulated as prescribed by this Court.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 13.11.2021 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and dispose of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
