Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an enquiry in connection with property comprised in Old Survey No.94, T.S.No. 2433 to an extent of 0.81 cents situated at Town 1st ward, 8th Division, Karur Town, by taking appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 15 in a manner known to law, based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2024 within the time frame stipulated by this Court.
