This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her husband, based on her representation dated 27.03.2024.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner has already been considered and the main FIR itself has been closed as 'action dropped'. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
