The petitioner is a practising advocate. He is under compulsion to go to Cuddalore in order to attend some legal work. 2.The petitioner's grievance is that he has not been issued with E-pass.

3.This Court passed over the matter and permitted the petitioner to apply for E-pass.

4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel on either side that the petitioner has already been issued with E-pass.

5.Recording the said development, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
