ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Section 392 of IPC in Crime No.77 of 2024, dated 1/3

02.03.2024, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with the other accused have snatched away the cell phone of the defacto complainant, while he was riding a two wheeler.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners did not involve in any crime as alleged by the prosecution. Based on the confession statement given by the first accused, the petitioners were falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent strongly opposes for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner that he is involving in four cases of similar in nature.
