ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.3 of 2019. It has been registered on the file of All Women Police Station, Manamadurai, for the offences under Section 498(A) of I.P.C.

2. Keerthana is the defacto complainant. The defacto complainant appeared before this Court through video conferencing. Her identity is also confirmed before me. The defacto complainant has no objection for quashing the impugned First Information Report.
