Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 12.10.2020 within a stipulated time by this Court. 4.The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents would state that the representation of the petitioner would be considered within a reasonable time. 5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer as sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.10.2020 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
