This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and set aside the order made in Crl.M.P.No.710 of 2025, dated 19.03.2025 passed by the 1/4

learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tenkasi and modify the condition No.iii, made in Crl.M.P.No.590 of 2025, dated 07.03.2025 order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tenkasi and to modify the condition that "the petitioner shall appear before the Namakkal Town Police Station, Namakkal District" instead of "the petitioner shall report and sign before the Shencottah P.S daily once 10.00 am for one month".

2. Heard Mr.S.Ramakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent - Police.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.iii imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tenkasi, in Crl.M.P.No.590 of 2025, vide order dated 07.03.2025.

4. Accordingly, the condition No.iii imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tenkasi, in Crl.M.P.No.590 of 2025, vide order dated 07.03.2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Namakkal daily at 10.00 am until further orders. other conditions shall hold good.
