Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Senior Counsel for the third respondent. 2.As rightly pointed out by the learned Senior Counsel for the third respondent, the prayer has become infructuous in view of the order passed by the first respondent in Mu.Mu.No.22445/F2/2022, dated 21.05.2022. It is of course open to the writ petitioner to question the said order in the manner known to law.
