2.There is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and taken cognizance in PRC.No.19 of 2019 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur. But still the committal process is pending. He would further submit that one of the accused namely Dr.Jeganath Prabu has filed a petition to quash the final report. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 3.Since there is no representation for the petitioner, in view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
