O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.746 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires two months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.746 of 2017.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.746 of 2017, before the Court concerned within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
