JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard both sides.

2.The School management (third respondent herein) has filed an affidavit. It had categorically stated that no excess fee other than the one prescribed by the educational authorities was collected from the students at any point of time. They further undertake that they would adhere to the directions issued by the Department from time to time. The said undertaking is recorded. The order passed by the learned single Judge does not call for any interference. The cost imposed on the petitioner is set aside.
