ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members and property on the basis of the representation, dated 20.04.2022.

2.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.18 of 2022 as against the respondents 4 to 8 herein. For the very same occurrence, the counter party has also lodged a complaint as against the petitioner and his family members https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7919 of 2022 and the same has been registered in Crime No.17 of 2022, on the file of the third respondent herein.

3.In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition cannot be granted. The Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
