This petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.2 to expeditiously complete the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.588 of 2014 on the file of the respondent No.2 within the time stipulated as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.588 of 2014 has been registered by the respondent police. After completing the investigation, a closure report has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ been filed, after service of Referred Charge Sheet notice on the

petitioner. A copy of the Referred Charge Sheet notice is furnished to the learned Counsel for the petitioner across the bar. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate where the closure report has been filed and work out his remedy in accordance with law.
