This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from approving the appointment of the 5th respondent as Post Graduate Assistant (Tamil) of T.N.U.V.S. Higher Secondary School, Tiruchuli, Virudhunagar District upon petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2021. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3, the learned counsel for the 4th respondent, the learned counsel for the 5th respondent and carefully perused the entire materials available on record. 3.When the matter was called up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that already appointment of the fifth respondent as Post Graduate Assistant (Tamil) in T.N.U.V.S. Higher Secondary School, Tiruchuli, Virudhunagar District, has been approved as early as on 01.06.2006 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. 2/4

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioner in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
