2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner did not comply with the condition regularly.
3.In view of the above submission, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4478 of 2023 dated 09.03.2023. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
