O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to appoint a Competent Police Officer in the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police to conduct the investigation of the case in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Crime No. 274 of 2015 pending on the file of the fourth repsondent and to file a final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Cr.side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation is almost over.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case to transfer the investigation of the case. However, the Inspector of Police, Lalapet Police Station, the third respondent herein, is directed to monitor the investigation in Crime No.274 of 2015 and take action in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected M.P is also closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(AE) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Karur District, Karur.
