ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 11.03.2019 in doing fair investigation in Crime No. 53 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent based on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.03.2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on a complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent has registered a case in Crime No. 53 of 2019 under Section 'Man missing'. He further submitted that the second respondent secured the petitioner's son and also recorded his statement.

3. It is revealed that the statement recorded from the petitioners's son that there is a family dispute between him and his wife and he stated that he would take appropriate relief form the Family Court. Based on the aforesaid statement, the second respondent has closed the complaint.

4. With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
