ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court while dismissing his earlier bail petition on the ground that the petitioner is already a life convict and who is also having quite few other great crime in his credit. When he out on parole, the present crime was committed.

2.Taking into account the past antecedents of the petitioner, his earlier bail petition was dismissed. There is absolutely no merit in this petition.
