This petition is filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.9/2019 on the file of the first respondent.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6061 of 2019 Uthamapalayam, Theni District which was taken on file in CC.No.196/2021. After full trial, the petitioners have been acquitted by the Trial Court on 04.08.2021 and hence, this matter has become infructuous.
