O R D E R

This petition is filed to quash the FIR alleging that there is no material to proceed with the investigation against the petitioner. However, the complaint indicates that huge sum has been cheated assuring job and therefore, the police has registered case in Crime No.7 of 2018 and proceeded with the investigation. It is also now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that final report has been filed before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ _____________ Page Nos.1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6063 of 2019 the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kulithurai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.287 of 2021 and the accused are summoned to appear for the trial.

2. In the light of the above fact, this Court finds that nothing survives in this petition to interfere and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
